We currently allow online ordering and shipping for the Australia & New Zealand only.

Our standard shipping is by Australia Post, but we offer Express Next Day Delivery*. The rates are based on actual REAL TIME Australia Post charges unless we are running a shipping special. We will use pre-paid express post satchels.

To determine your shipping, please see the price stated next to the 'Add to basket' button.

For New Zealand customers, please select the 'Add to basket' button under New Zealand Buyers.

For Asia customers, please select the 'Add to basket' button under Asia Buyers

2) Returns

All sales are final. We do, however, guarantee our quality of product and service. If for some reason your product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with its functionality, please call us and we will reship or replace the product for you.

We stand by our GUARANTEE that you can be the judge: If you are disappointed or feel that Entertainer's Secret did not do what it is represented to do, we'll cheerfully refund your purchase price.
